The food and drinks at this location were amazing! The service was incredible. Deena was the bartender (supervisor) while I was there and she made the best Old Fashioned this side of the Mississippi! She also recommended the red velvet cake and caramel cheesecake which both were absolutely incredible and paired well with the espresso martini! 10/10 will visit again next time I’m in town!

We stopped in for a couple drinks after dinner at the Greek Fest so can’t comment on the food. Loved the vibe and relaxed atmosphere. Drinks are expensive, but we’re unique and delicious. Our bartender last night was attentive and good at his job. Perfect for a relaxing night cap!

Our server Teresa was the absolute best. She had a big party and was still making sure our table was satisfied. When we checked into the hotel, Ataom was so helpful and she was very polite. We had a two day stay and all the staff was kind, inviting and had smiles on their faces. We definitely will be back. One of the best stays we have ever had in a hotel. Thanks to all the Nickel staff for making our stay away from home a great one!!

Second time here but forgot to review first. Food was solid, service and drinks at bar were fantastic. Second time here, upon arriving, the bartenders asked us if we would like two complimentary margaritas. They were experimenting with the holiday drink menu and gave us a toasted marshmallow margarita and a salted Carmel margarita with cinnamon rim. Sounded strange but really worked! Also the Coachman smoked old fashioned is awesome with pecan bitters. We really enjoy this place and definitely recommend.

Teresa was our server while we met to celebrate our birthdays and she went out of her way to give excellent service. She was very attentive and really made our birthdays special. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very calm and lovely. Will be back soon!

Teresa was our server in the mornings. She has been at Derailed since the hotel opened in 2024. Teresa is a true professional. She is detail oriented and truly adds to the dining experience with a stellar personality, awesome conversation, and knowledge of the Fishers area having lived there for 20 years. I looked forward to dining with her the second morning of our stay and she remembered our orders and asked if we wanted the same or if we wanted to try something different. I loved that about her memory skills. Her recommendations were spot on as well. Definitely try the delicious guacamole served as a side with the breakfast burrito. Sooo yummy! I can't say enough about Teresa. She makes you feel special in every way possible and greets you with a genuine smile. Derailed is a great restaurant for all 3 meals!
